Phoenix Days

Phoenix Days for the 2026-27 School Year are scheduled for August 12 8 am - 2 pm & August 13 1pm - 7 pm. Students & families can attend on either day. The BASE Staff takes a lunch break from 11:45 am - 12:15 pm on August 12 and a dinner break from 5:00 - 5:30 pm on August 13. All students & families will be asked to leave during the lunch & dinner breaks and can return to complete the stations after the break time. Please plan accordingly.

These days are set aside for students and families to: ensure bus transportation and emergency information is correct through online verification, get school photos and student ID cards, pay BASE student fees, purchase BASE gear, get questions answered about school schedules, and new student tours. We provide a paper schedule for our middle school students to pick up. High school students will be expected to reference their schedule online through StudentVue. 

This year we are offering a parent session on ParentSquare, Canvas, In Touch System, and Synergy in both English & Spanish. The session will run at 10 am on August 12 and at 6 pm on August 13.
